Basic stock of the company BIONT, Inc. is 1.056 billions Slovak crowns and it is administrated as the state property by the Ministry of Economy of SR, Ministry of Health of SR, Ministry of Education of SR, Ministry of Defense of SR and Slovak Office of Standards, Metrology and Testing.

Company is located in three reconstructed buildings in the area of Slovak Metrology Institute in Karlova Ves, Bratislava and in a special accommodation facility in Kramáre, Bratislava. Acceptance tests were completed by the end of June 2005 and permission to use the reconstructed part of main building of BIONT was issued (so-called "pavilion I"). This is where the ECR source of heavy ions, cyclotron Cyclone 18/9, clean premises and technology for computer-integrated production of radiopharmaceuticals and tomographs PET/CT (combination of positron, emission and computed tomography) and SPECT/CT (coincident gamma-camera with computed tomograph) are located. The company has also taken into possession the PET tomograph located in Oncology Institute of Holy Elizabeth, Ltd. in Bratislava and SPECT/CT tomograph in Central Military Hospital in Ružomberok. The MicroPET belonging to the company is installed at the Institute of Experimental Endocrinology of Slovak Academy of Sciences, the contractual cooperator of the company.

Company BIONT is a typical high-tech facility; 37 out of its 49 employees have academic education, 13 having PhD degree and four being Doctors of Science. Its technological equipment belongs to the European top in the field of applied nuclear science.
